We are looking for professionals with experience in Java, Guidewire, or EIS who are passionate about digital transformation, cloud technologies, and modern insurance platforms.
- Deliver and support insurance transformation projects across Java, Guidewire, or EIS platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and agile teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Analyze requirements, develop technical solutions, and participate in testing, integrations, and deployments.
- Support platform modernization, cloud migration, and innovation initiatives.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities while contributing to continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in software development, consulting, system implementation, or transformation projects.
- Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following:
- Java development
- Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Guidewire Cloud)
- Eagle Investment Systems (EIS)
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of English.
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, Kafka, and distributed systems.
- Experience in Insurance, Reinsurance, Wealth Management, or Investment Management.
- Relevant certifications in Java, Cloud, Guidewire, or Agile.
