With a dedicated mentor, Experis Academy participants are assured of professional help and support at every stage of the project.

Experis Academy for Graduates

The Experis Academy graduate program is a combination of an intensive 1-3 month learning period and a 12-month specialization program with some of the most interesting IT companies in Poland. During the program, mentors from Experis and career counselors from Right Management work closely with participants. Upon completion of the specialization, graduates will have the opportunity to get a permanent job with our clients or continue their careers as consultants in our company.

How to develop your career at Experis Academy?

Experis Academy Program

The Experis Academy graduate program combines a 1-3 month period of intensive learning with a 12-month period of specialization working on projects with our clients. During the program, you will receive a mentor from Experis, as well as regular support from our staff to make your entry into the business world and IT industry easier. At the end of the 12-month specialization period, Experis Academy graduates will have the opportunity to get a permanent job with one of our clients or continue their career as consultants at Experis.

Training Experience

Experis Academy's programs have been developed in partnership with leading IT companies and Schools of Technology and Programming. Graduates develop real-world skills that align with business needs.

Candidate Profile

As a participant in one of our programs, you must have an undergraduate degree related to computer science or a related field and an interest in programming or the IT environment. We are looking for passionate problem solvers who are eager to gain knowledge and enjoy taking on difficult challenges and projects both individually and in teams. We are looking for people who are fluent in English, Polish is welcome.

Cooperation with Experis

We will sign a contract with you and you will be paid from the first day of training. During the course, we will keep you informed of your progress and together we will plan the path of your development.
