Junior IT Business Analyst

Rate: 140-150 PLN/h + VAT

We are looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst to support a project focused on mapping contracts to IT applications, services, and infrastructure components. This role is ideal for professionals with 1-2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project support who would like to further develop their analytical, data management, and stakeholder coordination skills within a complex IT environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support contract-to-IT application and infrastructure mapping activities.
• Collect, maintain, and analyze data in Excel-based trackers and inventories.
• Assist with stakeholder meetings, workshops, and documentation.
• Validate data quality and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and project documentation.

Expectations:

• 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, project support, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong Excel skills, including filters, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Basic understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, and technology environments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with large datasets will be an advantage.
• Exposure to IT asset management, vendor management, procurement, or contract management is a plus.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is welcome.
• Knowledge of Power BI, DORA, operational resilience, or regulatory projects is beneficial.
