IT Software Support Engineer (M/K)

For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of IT Software Support Engineer (M/K).

Job Tasks:

• Remote software deployments and updates
• Analysis and resolution of issues reported by customers
• Handling and documenting support tickets
• Providing customer support under service agreements (SLAs)
• Preparing and maintaining test environments
• Supporting the testing of new system releases
• Managing software licensing matters
• Creating and maintaining user guides, documentation, and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software support
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Very good command of English
• Willingness to work occasional shifts/ on-call duties
• Willingness to travel
• Valid driver's license

Technologies you will work with:

• Operating systems (workstations and servers)
• Knowledge of: VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Networking (LAN/WLAN), Grafana, Dynatrace, VPN, TeamViewer, Office 365
