Cybersecurity Incident Response Engineer (M/K)

For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Cybersecurity Incident Response Engineer (M/K).

As a Cybersecurity Incident Response Engineer, you will play a key role in protecting the organization against cyber threats and security incidents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on incident response, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, and technical investigations.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents across the organization
• Perform digital forensics analysis and support internal investigations
• Identify and analyze phishing campaigns and malicious activities
• Conduct proactive threat hunting activities
• Produce and share Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) insights
• Support data leak prevention and data protection initiatives
• Contribute to vulnerability management processes
• Collaborate with local and global security teams to improve detection and response capabilities

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in Incident Response, CSIRT, DFIR, SOC, or Cyber Threat Intelligence roles
• Hands-on experience with digital forensics investigations
• Strong understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Experience with selected technologies such as Tanium, Elastic Search, ServiceNow, VirusTotal, and Symantec DLP
• Solid cybersecurity knowledge across multiple domains
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Experience working in cross-functional or international environments
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Curiosity and passion for cybersecurity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Security certifications such as: GCFA, GREM, BTL1 / BTL2 , CRTE, CRTP are nice to have
