Power BI Consultant (M/K)

For our client we are looking for a candidate for the position of Power BI Consultant (M/K).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain standardized Power BI reports and dashboards for domains such as Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Production
• Build and optimize data models (Power Query, DAX, relational modeling)
• Structure and maintain centralized datasets (OneLake / Fabric or Dataflows depending on the target architecture)
• Collaborate with the ETL/OIC team to align integration pipelines with BI requirements
• Contribute to defining the target data model (data warehouse, DataHub, dimensional models)
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across published content
• Document reports, datasets, and business rules
• Support end‑users (key-users, controllers)
• Participate in testing, validation, and production deployments

Technical Skills

• Mastery of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (datasets, gateways, workspaces)
• Strong expertise in DAX and Power Query (M)
• Solid understanding of relational and dimensional modeling (star schema)
• Knowledge of ETL / Data Integration environments and APIs
• Familiarity with Oracle environments, Microsoft Fabric, or Dataflows (depending on the target architecture)
• Knowledge of JD Edwards or ERP systems (Finance/Supply/Sales) is a plus

Profile

• Proven experience in BI / Data Visualization
• Strong analytical skills and ease working with data
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment
• Rigorous, autonomous, and strong communication skills
• Professional proficiency in English is required
