You will work largely independently, coach development teams, and address complex quality challenges impacting multiple product lines.

This full-time position is based in Kraków and focuses on ensuring software quality throughout the entire lifecycle – from requirements and design to implementation, verification, and validation.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Your Background:
  • Strong foundation in software engineering, supported by higher education and experience in complex development environments
  • Experience leading cross-team quality improvement initiatives, including defining standards and lifecycle processes
  • In-depth knowledge of modern engineering practices: test automation, static code analysis, coding standards, design patterns, and metrics-based quality management
  • Hands-on experience implementing tools and best practices across R&D teams
  • Ability to conduct reviews and guide teams in structured defect prevention
  • Experience coaching teams and collaborating across functions
  • Self-driven, capable of working independently and solving complex problems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement mindset and interest in evolving quality processes, tools, and methodologies
