Lead Salesforce Developer

Location: Warsaw (hybrid) - 2days per week in the office

Join a global team delivering and enhancing Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions for a large-scale enterprise environment. As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will drive end-to-end Salesforce initiatives, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and help shape scalable solutions across Field Service, Agentforce, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support Field Service Cloud projects covering scheduling, mobile workforce, and service operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations with enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and development standards.

Expectations

• min. 4-5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Cloud.

• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Field Service architecture, scheduling optimization, mobile solutions, and Agentforce.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with DevOps/version control tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.
