About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to join a cutting-edge Data & AI team delivering innovative cloud-based solutions for enterprise customers. In this role, you will work directly with clients, helping design, build, and deploy scalable data platforms and agentic AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges and transform business requirements into production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance Data & AI platforms on Google Cloud Platform.
• Build and implement agentic AI solutions using Google's AI ecosystem.
• Architect scalable, secure, and production-grade cloud solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead technical delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and optimization.
• Develop robust Python applications and automation frameworks.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/MLOps best practices.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and cloud resource management.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying high-performance data platforms and AI-driven solutions.
• Proven experience designing enterprise cloud solutions and successfully delivering customer projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • AlloyDB
  • Google Cloud Storage (GCS)
  • Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
  • Gemini Enterprise
  • Agent Platform (formerly Vertex AI)
• Advanced Python programming skills, including:
  • Data structures
  • Algorithms
  • Software design principles
• Experience with infrastructure automation, DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer certification.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in technical consulting for Data & AI platforms.
• Experience building internet-scale, production-grade Big Data and Machine Learning solutions.
• Previous collaboration with data scientists and software engineering teams in complex environments.
• Experience delivering AI and ML solutions on public cloud platforms.
