Forward Deployment Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployment Engineer to bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes. In this role, you will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to understand business challenges, design innovative solutions, deploy enterprise platforms, and rapidly translate customer requirements into scalable products and capabilities.

You will play a key role in delivering AI-powered solutions while helping customers unlock real business value from Generative AI and modern cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI and GenAI solutions
• Build applications leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, and vector databases
• Translate customer requirements into scalable products and technical capabilities
• Lead deployments and support customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise platforms and systems
• Partner with engineering and product teams to drive innovation and successful outcomes
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or customer-facing technical roles
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions and leading technical implementations
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, and Generative AI applications
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model integration
• Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or similar programming languages
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Healthcare
• Knowledge of MLOps and Data Engineering
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Customer Engineer
