Application Support with Chinese and English (M/K)

For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Application Support with Chinese and English.

Job Tasks:

• Daily operation and monitoring of application systems, handling alerts, and promptly diagnosing and resolving incidents
• Providing support to business users in operating the systems and resolving functional and technical issues
• Participating in application release deployments, environment configuration, and change management processes
• Analyzing system logs, identifying interface-level errors, and working closely with the development team
• Creating and verifying data backups, as well as maintaining up-to-date documentation and the knowledge base
• Participating in testing, audits, and business data consistency verification
• Working closely with business, development, and testing teams to monitor and communicate system status

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role (Application Support / O&M)
• Knowledge of basic Linux commands (log, process, and port analysis), as well as an understanding of HTTP protocol fundamentals and APIs
• Basic knowledge of relational databases (MySQL preferred) and the ability to write simple SQL queries
• Experience working with business systems (e.g. CRM, operational platforms, Call Center systems) and monitoring tools
• English B2 level, Chinese B1/B2 level
• Strong communication skills, patience, and attention to detail
• Willingness to provide occasional on-call support in the event of critical incidents
