Jira / Confluence Developer

Location: Remote (occasional visits to Warsaw 1 - 3 days per month)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Jira / Confluence Developer to support the development of a Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) platform within the banking sector. The role focuses on designing, automating, and optimizing business processes using Atlassian tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Atlassian tools
• 3+ years as a Jira/Confluence Developer
• Strong Groovy scripting experience in Jira and Confluence
• Jira and Confluence administration experience
• Excellent knowledge of ConfiForms
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and SQL
• Hands-on experience with:
  • ScriptRunner for Jira & Confluence
  • Jira Workflow Toolbox
  • Table Filter and Charts
  • ConfiForms

Nice to Have

• Tempo, Advanced Roadmaps, BigPicture, Structure, Extender
• Scrum experience
• Jira/Confluence training experience
• Project & Portfolio Management knowledge
• Atlassian Certified Expert certification

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize business processes in Jira and Confluence
• Configure and administer Atlassian tools
• Build custom solutions using Groovy
• Implement and customize Marketplace add-ons
• Design scalable Jira/Confluence solutions
• Support the ongoing development of the bank's PPM platform
