Senior Power Platform Developer

Location: Hybrid work model in Wroclaw - 2 days per week in the office
Availability: ASAP / within 1 month
Rate: 160 - 170 PLN/h + VAT 

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to join a development team building and supporting modern solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work with Power Platform and Copilot Studio, develop integrations, support production applications, and contribute to the design and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and deliver robust solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio), ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability

• Lead integrations between Power Platform solutions and Microsoft services including Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and Dataverse, as well as third-party systems

• Develop and maintain APIs, custom connectors, and application integrations

• Maintain and further develop existing Copilot Studio solutions

• Collaborate within a development team to co-create modern digital products

• Support and maintain production applications, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and communication with end users

• Manage support cases, resolve tickets, work with priorities, and ensure application stability and continuity

• Stay up to date with emerging Power Platform capabilities, Microsoft ecosystem advancements, and industry best practices

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and delivering production-ready implementations

• Experience with Copilot Studio development

• Practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, integrations, and data modeling

• Strong understanding of Power Platform security, including authentication, role-based access control, DLP policies, and secure handling of credentials and secrets

• Knowledge of the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services

• Experience with application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, and APIs

• Practical knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes, particularly Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management

• Experience in Application Support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident resolution, and collaboration with technical and business teams

• Ability to work effectively in a production environment, prioritize incidents and requests, communicate with users and stakeholders, and ensure application stability

• Fluent English and good communication skills

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable
