AI Security Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Rate: Up to 180 PLN/hour

We are looking for a Senior AI Security Consultant to join an innovative AI Security programme supporting global customers in the secure adoption and development of AI technologies. You will work at the intersection of cybersecurity, Generative AI and AI governance, helping organizations assess and mitigate risks related to AI-enabled products, platforms, data ecosystems and enterprise AI initiatives. The role combines hands-on security expertise with advisory responsibilities, including AI security assessments, architecture reviews, risk analysis and security testing. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI security assessments, risk analyses and security control validation across AI-enabled applications, platforms and enterprise environments.
• Perform secure AI architecture reviews and evaluate security risks associated with GenAI, LLMs, AI models and AI-assisted business processes.
• Support AI application and model security testing, identifying vulnerabilities, emerging threats and potential attack scenarios.
• Translate technical security findings into business risks, actionable recommendations and remediation plans for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, AI, data and business teams on AI governance, responsible AI adoption and secure digital transformation initiatives.

Expectations

• 4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, AI Security, Security Engineering or a related field.
• Strong cybersecurity expertise in areas such as security architecture, cloud security, application security, IAM, data protection, governance or security operations.
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs and AI-assisted business processes, ideally combined with hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and standards; experience with AI governance, Agentic AI Security, prompt security, penetration testing, vulnerability management or threat detection would be an advantage.
