Technical Standards Author

Location: 100% Remote

Rate: Up to 200 PLN/hour

We are looking for a Technical Standards Author to develop AI-ready and Standards-as-Code-ready technical standards. You will transform complex documentation into clear, structured and testable requirements suitable for both human readers and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain clear, structured technical standards.
• Convert narrative content into atomic, testable requirements.
• Define conformance rules, exceptions and expected evidence.
• Create compliant/non-compliant examples and remediation guidance.
• Work with technical, data and product stakeholders to ensure standards are practical and measurable.

Expectations

• Experience in technical writing, standards or requirements analysis.
• Ability to translate ambiguous content into clear and testable requirements.
• Familiarity with MUST / SHOULD / MAY, acceptance criteria or conformance models.
• Knowledge of areas such as data governance, metadata, APIs or data quality.
• Ability to create documentation for human and AI-assisted workflows.
