About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile product teams in a global environment. You will facilitate Agile processes, support delivery teams, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices.
• Support Product Owners and Development Teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Promote Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Track team progress and help remove delivery impediments.
• Lead Agile workshops and training sessions.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Waterfall.
• Experience leading workshops and Agile training sessions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SAP environments/projects.
• Previous Takeda engagement.
