About the Project

Join a team responsible for developing and maintaining an enterprise GitLab platform used by multiple development teams. You'll work on CI/CD automation, GitLab administration, platform scalability, security, and developer enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the GitLab platform and GitLab Runners
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and reusable templates
• Support Kubernetes- and Docker-based runner environments
• Automate platform processes using Python and/or Bash
• Integrate GitLab with security, monitoring, and DevOps tools
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and security
• Provide advanced support for GitLab-related solutions

Requirements

• Strong experience with GitLab administration and GitLab CI/CD
• Hands-on experience with GitLab Runners
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
• Scripting and automation skills (Python and/or Bash)
• Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE environments
• Very good English communication skills
