Senior Backend Developer

Location: 100% Remote (office in Wroclaw if you want to visit us or work onsite)
Contract Type: B2B
Rate:  140-160 PLN/hour

We are looking for a Backend Developer to develop the backend and workflow engine behind Workflow Builder. You will work mainly with Node.js, TypeScript and Temporal, building reliable workflow execution and integrations with customer systems. The role offers end-to-end ownership, from development to deployment and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop the backend, APIs and workflow execution engine.
• Build integrations with external and customer systems.
• Work with Temporal and durable workflow execution.
• Improve performance, scalability and reliability.
• Support deployments, testing and production troubleshooting.

Expectations

• Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with Temporal or another durable execution engine, including retries, replay, idempotency and failure handling.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis and REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker and CI/CD.

Nice to have: Temporal TypeScript SDK, Kubernetes, Terraform, OpenTelemetry, React / React Flow.
