About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong QA/Testing expertise to join a long-term project within the banking sector. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with hands-on software testing experience and is comfortable working across the entire software development lifecycle in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, testable specifications.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, architects, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, and defects in requirements and proactively drive their resolution.
• Design, implement, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate both functional and non-functional requirements across enterprise applications and online platforms.
• Test modern microfrontend applications built with React and TypeScript.
• Validate backend services, APIs, and integrations developed using Java Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Kotlin.
• Execute API testing for REST services and event-driven architectures based on Kafka.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites.
• Support DevOps and DevTestOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including AI-supported testing and development practices.
• Work effectively within Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Software Test Engineer, or QA Engineer in modern software development environments.
• Strong Business Analysis background combined with practical testing experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience with testing microfrontend-based applications, particularly in React and TypeScript environments.
• Experience testing backend services and APIs built with Java Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of API testing and event-driven architectures, including Kafka.
• Solid understanding of modern infrastructure technologies and CI/CD environments such as ArgoCD, OpenShift, and containerized platforms.
• Practical experience designing, implementing, and executing automated testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Gauge, Cucumber, Gherkin, Selenium, or similar solutions.
• Experience creating and executing unit, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Experience working with enterprise architectures and large-scale digital platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps and DevTestOps practices.
• Practical experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development and testing tools, such as GitHub Copilot.
