Job Description

We are looking for experienced Demand Planning Analysts to join a global APS (Advanced Planning System) transformation and demand planning stabilization program.

In this role, you will work with Demand Planning teams across EMEA, LATAM, China, Asia, and USAC, supporting day-to-day demand planning, forecast accuracy, data integrity, and planning system readiness.

You will also work closely with suppliers and global planning teams to optimize the supply of critical raw materials and support continuous improvement across the planning organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product portfolios and support the end-to-end demand planning process.
  • Create, upload, maintain, and adjust demand forecasts.
  • Manage forecast parameters and support FDO (open sales order) forecasting activities.
  • Compare statistical forecasts with machine learning forecasts and other demand signals when required.
  • Maintain and cleanse demand planning master data, including CVCs and Demand Planning IDs.
  • Support EDI mapping and validate planning drivers and assumptions.
  • Support PIPO (Phase-In/Phase-Out) and NPI (New Product Introduction) activities.
  • Perform forecast outlier analysis and investigate exceptions.
  • Monitor ASP changes and their impact on demand.
  • Support weekly and monthly demand reviews, post-dated order checks, and other operational planning activities.
  • Provide planning data and reporting support across demand, orders, inventory, and financial processes.
  • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Manage the global non-working inventory process, including identifying items and tracking disposition plans.
  • Work with global teams and suppliers to optimize the supply of critical raw materials.
  • Provide ad hoc planning analysis and support to local business teams.
  • Share best practices and contribute to process improvements across the planning organization.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Demand Planning.
  • Strong understanding of the operational demand planning cycle.
  • Experience working with complex product portfolios, ideally in a manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, technology, or consumer goods environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP APO-DP – mandatory.
  • Experience with demand forecasting and planning systems; Kinaxis is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across international teams.
