Basware Functional Specialist

Rate: 110-140 PLN/hour
 

We are looking for a Basware Functional Specialist to support invoice processing initiatives for a US-based client. This role is focused on providing functional expertise in the invoice booking process and the Basware platform, helping stakeholders understand system capabilities, standard functionalities, and available configuration options. The position does not involve hands-on system configuration or development but requires a strong understanding of how Basware supports accounts payable and invoice processing workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert for the Basware platform and invoice booking process.
• Provide guidance on standard Basware functionalities and best practices.
• Advise stakeholders on system capabilities, limitations, and possible solution approaches.
• Support discussions related to process improvements and system-related requirements.
• Collaborate with business and project teams to ensure effective use of Basware functionalities.

Expectations:

• Proven experience working with the Basware platform in a functional capacity.
• Strong understanding of invoice booking and accounts payable processes.
• Good knowledge of standard Basware features and available configuration possibilities.
• Ability to explain system capabilities and limitations to business stakeholders.
• Ffluency in English.
