IT & Contract Analysis Consultant

We are looking for an IT & Contract Analysis Consultant to support a project focused on mapping contractual agreements to IT applications, services, and infrastructure components. In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyze contractual relationships, maintain high-quality data inventories, and ensure accurate documentation across the IT landscape. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in analysis, consulting, or project support who are looking to further develop their analytical and stakeholder management skills within a complex technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contracts and related documentation to identify associated IT services, applications, and infrastructure components.
• Support contract mapping, classification, and traceability activities within the IT landscape.
• Consolidate, validate, and maintain project data in Excel-based inventories and trackers.
• Perform data analysis, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.

Expectations

• 1-2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, IT analysis, project support, or a similar role.
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, filtering, and data cleansing.
• Good understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, cloud services, and technology environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business, procurement, legal, and IT stakeholders.
