Principal Telecom NOC & 5G Domain Expert

Location: 100% remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Telecom NOC & 5G Domain Expert to support the development of AI-driven solutions for telecom network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define telecom use cases for autonomous AI agents.
• Translate NOC workflows into AI-powered automation.
• Develop and validate AI-assisted fault diagnosis and root cause analysis.
• Build telecom knowledge models covering Alarm Correlation, Incident Management, Performance Monitoring, Capacity Management, and Service Impact Analysis.
• Support AI agents for fault isolation, self-healing, ticket enrichment, and change impact assessment.
• Validate network recommendations generated by AI systems.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in telecom operations.
• Strong NOC leadership background.
• Experience managing large-scale mobile network operations.
• Proven expertise in 4G/5G deployment, optimization, and operations.
• Knowledge of Service Assurance, Fault Management, and Performance Management.
• Familiarity with telemetry, observability, streaming analytics, and AI-driven network operations.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML initiatives in telecom.
• Knowledge of autonomous networks and network automation
