Senior Snowflake Data Engineer

 

We are currently looking for highly experienced Senior Snowflake professionals to join a strategic, high-priority project focused on designing, building and developing modern cloud-based data platforms.

We are seeking experts with a strong technical background, extensive Snowflake experience and the ability to drive complex data engineering and architecture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement scalable data solutions using Snowflake.

• Lead the architecture and development of modern cloud-based data platforms.

• Drive complex data engineering and data warehousing initiatives.

• Define and implement data architecture, data modelling and integration strategies.

• Ensure data platform performance, scalability, security and reliability.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and senior management to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance and best practices across data-related initiatives.

• Support the development and optimisation of analytics and reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive, proven experience working with Snowflake (must-have).

• Strong expertise in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Cloud Data Platforms.

• Deep understanding of data architecture, data modelling and data integration.

• Experience with Analytics & Reporting solutions.

• Strong knowledge of cloud-based data ecosystems and modern data architectures.

• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and make architectural decisions.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and providing technical direction.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
