We are looking for a motivated Senior Software Engineer with LabView. In this role, you will design, maintain, and enhance End-of-Line test systems for aerospace products, delivering reliable software solutions and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Tasks:
- Design, develop, test, and improve medium to high-complexity End-of-Line test systems, ensuring reliability and testability
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver test system projects from concept to implementation
- Define and review test requirements, strategies, and software effort estimates
- Lead software engineering projects, ensuring high-quality results and on-time delivery
- Establish and promote software development best practices and coding standards
- Analyze and resolve complex software and test system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts to implement effective solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering or test systems development
- Advanced knowledge of LabVIEW
- Good knowledge of NI TestStand and Python
- Understanding of product industrialization and new product introduction (NPI) processes
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Experience in the aerospace industry
- Knowledge of NI VeriStand (Custom Devices development)
- Experience with version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket
