Start Date: 1 - 3 months
Rate: 200 - 240 PLN/h + vat
 

SAP HCM Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Lead to join our team and play a key role in building and leading a new SAP HCM team while driving HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing SAP HCM team.
• Manage SAP HCM support, implementation, and enhancement projects.
• Lead Workday implementation and integration activities.
• Drive SAP ECC to Cloud migration initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP HCM issues.
• Deliver end-user training and support business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Over 8 years in SAP HR Area.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM, including:
  • Personnel Administration (PA)
  • Organizational Management (OM)
  • Payroll (PY)
  • Time Management (TM)
• Proven experience leading SAP HCM projects and teams.
• Experience with HR system integrations and cloud transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience working in international environments.
• Knowledge of Workday solutions and integrations.
