Security Consultant

Location: hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the Gdynia office
Salary: 140 PLN/h- B2B

Description:
This is a security compliance governance role where formal governance and documentation is its biggest aspect (i.e. not a strictly technical role in the practical aspect, but it requires to have at least basic and theoretical technical knowledge).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and approve change requests (e.g., firewall openings, proxy/email whitelisting, AD group membership) from a security compliance perspective.
• Interpret security standards and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and raise security awareness.
• Analyze procedural and architectural documentation; verify risk coverage.
• Collaborate with internal teams (CSO, Security Architecture, Application Owners) to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of IP networks, protocols, firewalls, and proxies.
• Strong English skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with operational tasks, Change Management processes, and ticketing tools.
• Ability to analyze documentation, gather information, and connect the dots.
• Understanding of Risk Management Framework and security policies, standards, and best practices.
