We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to join the innovative Project HR Tech. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions in a financial services environment, focusing on cloud-based AI model integration and optimization.

• Develop and integrate AI applications using cloud-based technologies.
• Collaborate on the design and deployment of scalable AI models.
• Apply advanced AI architecture patterns such as RAG, Agentic RAG, MCP, Functional Calling, and A2A within Azure environments.
• Engineer prompts and contexts for optimal model performance.
• Work with real-time data integration, vector databases, and embedding/chunking strategies.
• Evaluate and optimize AI model outputs for accuracy and efficiency.

• Strong experience in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML application development, especially in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Agno, Pydantic, TensorFlow, etc.
• Practical experience with Azure Cloud Services for AI, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
• Deep understanding of AI architecture patterns and their implementation in Azure.
• Experience in prompt engineering, context engineering, and real-time data processing.
• Ability to evaluate and optimize model outputs.

• Experience in financial services or HR tech projects.
• Knowledge of compliance and data privacy in AI applications.
