Managed Workplace - Quality Assurance Analyst during transition

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Workplace Transformation project. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of technical documentation and knowledge management during the transition phase.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Managed Workplace knowledge documentation, covering areas such as:
• Laptops and workstations, Microsoft Defender & email security, M365 platform, Mobile devices, Automation and software packaging
• Ensure high-quality documentation that enables technical teams to successfully transition and deliver services
• Handover of knowledge and documentation to delivery teams
• Maintain and ensure quality standards across all deliverables

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on documentation
• Strong background in technical writing, training material development, and digital content strategy
• Ability to organize and manage a knowledge platform
• Fluency in English and German (both spoken and written)

• Fully remote work
• No travel required
• Project management methodology: Hybrid (SCRUM/Waterfall)
