Guidewire with experience in Policy Center & Billing Center

We are looking for professionals with experience in Java, Guidewire, or EIS who are passionate about digital transformation, cloud technologies, and modern insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and support insurance transformation projects across Java, Guidewire, or EIS platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and agile teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Analyze requirements, develop technical solutions, and participate in testing, integrations, and deployments.
• Support platform modernization, cloud migration, and innovation initiatives.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities while contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in software development, consulting, system implementation, or transformation projects.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following:
  • Java development
  • Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Guidewire Cloud)
  • Eagle Investment Systems (EIS)
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English.

Nice to Have:

• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, Kafka, and distributed systems.
• Experience in Insurance, Reinsurance, Wealth Management, or Investment Management.
• Relevant certifications in Java, Cloud, Guidewire, or Agile.
