Job description
For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of IT Software Support Engineer (M/K).
Job Tasks:

Job Tasks:
- Remote software deployments and updates
- Analysis and resolution of issues reported by customers
- Handling and documenting support tickets
- Providing customer support under service agreements (SLAs)
- Preparing and maintaining test environments
- Supporting the testing of new system releases
- Managing software licensing matters
- Creating and maintaining user guides, documentation, and procedures
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software support
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Very good command of English
- Willingness to work occasional shifts/ on-call duties
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver's license
- Operating systems (workstations and servers)
- Knowledge of: VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Networking (LAN/WLAN), Grafana, Dynatrace, VPN, TeamViewer, Office 365
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
