Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

Location: 100% remote
Salary:220 pln/h -B2B

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join a long-term implementation project for a leading insurance company in the Czech Republic. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale Guidewire Insurance Suite transformation and contribute to the development of business-critical insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement customizations within Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Build and maintain integration solutions between Guidewire and external systems.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to analyze and refine requirements.
Develop and execute unit tests to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Guidewire applications and integrations.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Support QA and UAT activities by investigating and resolving defects.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members when required.
Stay up to date with Guidewire product enhancements and industry best practices.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer.
Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Experience with Guidewire Integrations is highly desirable.
Knowledge of software development best practices, testing, and code quality standards.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment.
Good communication skills and professional-level English.
