SAP Change Manager / Functional Business Analyst

100% remote work (candidates must be based in Poland)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Change Manager / Functional Business Analyst to support a large-scale ERP transformation program. This role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify interdependencies, and assess their impact on the ongoing ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand and document business processes.
• Analyze end-to-end processes and identify cross-functional dependencies.
• Assess how process interdependencies may impact ERP transformation and SAP implementation activities.
• Facilitate discussions between business and project teams to ensure alignment.
• Prepare governance materials, project updates, and executive-level reporting.
• Support change management and transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Drive process visibility, risk identification, and mitigation planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ERP transformation projects, ideally involving SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (OTC)
  • Supply Chain processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Solid PMO experience, including reporting, governance, and project tracking.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Availability to start within the next 2 weeks.

Nice to Have

• Experience with process automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI solutions and AI agent development.
• Previous involvement in large-scale transformation or change management programs.
