Senior Network Engineer (M/K)

For our client we are looking for a person for the position of Senior Network Engineer (M/K).

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise network environment. Your focus will be on ensuring the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of network services across on-premises and cloud-connected infrastructures.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network solutions, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and security services
• Drive network improvement and modernization initiatives to enhance performance, availability, and scalability
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, firewalls, and load balancers
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability, ensuring stable and efficient operations
• Work closely with Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to provide secure and reliable connectivity
• Investigate and resolve complex network issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions
• Maintain technical documentation, standards, and network best practices
• Support infrastructure projects, technology upgrades, and the rollout of new networking solutions

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in network engineering or network infrastructure administration
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including routing, switching, wireless networking, VPNs, and DNS/DHCP services
• Hands-on experience with network technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, or similar
• Good understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, segmentation, NAC, and secure remote access
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and effectively within international teams
• Very good English communication skills
