Program/Project Management Lead

 

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic greenfield manufacturing project with a fixed launch target in 2029. This role requires strong program governance, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage complex industrial projects in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale greenfield manufacturing project.
• Manage critical-path planning, schedule, budget, quality, and milestone acceptance.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks to the Steering Committee.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Production, Logistics, IT/OT, ERP, Safety, and Engineering.
• Drive stakeholder management and ensure alignment across multiple project entities.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex programs with fixed deadlines and strict cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Strong background in manufacturing, production, capital investment, or greenfield projects.
• Understanding of factory layout, material flow, internal logistics, and production ramp-up.
• Ability to view and manage the plant as an integrated system, including production, facilities, utilities, machinery, and IT/OT.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Automotive or Defense industries.
• Exposure to multi-entity project environments involving General Contractors and Contract Engineers.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, PgMP, or similar).
