ERP Systems Administrator (NAV, BC, D365) – M/K

About the role:
For our client we are looking for an experienced ERP professional to join an international IT team responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. This role combines day-to-day application support with participation in a large-scale ERP transformation programme, offering the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and improvements
• Participate in ERP upgrades, deployments, testing, and change management activities
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and ensure the stability and performance of business-critical ERP systems
• Contribute to ongoing ERP modernization initiatives and process improvements
• Assist in the transition from legacy ERP solutions to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS

Requirements:

• Commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or Dynamics 365
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or business-critical enterprise applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Commercial Operations

Nice to have:

• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics or Azure
• Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or project-based organizations
• Knowledge of Power BI, Jet Reports, APIs, or system integrations
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Additional European language skills
