For our client we are looking for a candidate for the position of: IT Retail Support Specialist (POS) – K/M.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for stores and retail systems
- Support and maintain POS/ePOS environments
- Configure and deploy store hardware (payment terminals, scanners, printers, laptops, tablets, etc.)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors
- Support software updates, upgrades, and system rollouts
- Participate in retail IT projects and new store implementations
- Manage store user profiles and system access
- Deliver remote and occasional on-site support
- Train store employees on IT systems and tools
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Support, Retail IT, POS Support, or a similar role
- Experience supporting retail stores, POS systems, or store infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of POS/ePOS systems, hardware deployment, and end-user support
- Experience with system upgrades, migrations, or IT rollouts
- Customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
- Fluent Polish and English
- Availability for occasional business travel
- Experience with CEGID, POS LUCAS, Retilia, WinSHOP, Buetema Inventory, SAP, Oracle, or similar retail solutions
- Previous experience in an international retail environment
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-country operations
- Permanent employment contract
- Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)

- Participation in IT infrastructure and retail technology projects across multiple European markets
