Senior Development Lead (M/K)

For our client and their newly opened IT HUB in Warsaw we are looking for a results-driven Senior Development Lead (M/K).

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Delivery:
  • Develop and maintain our offer management solution and related services
  • Contribute to all phases of lifecycle development
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, while ensuring availability
• Quality, Governance & Collaboration:
  • Manage code quality and development best practices (test‑driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, code standards)
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s code and application standards and governance
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders from both IT and business
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and actively contribute to embedding AI into our development processes and developed solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven 7+ years’ experience building PHP applications
• Experience with microservice architecture 
• Experience with data migration, transformation, and scripting 
• Experience using AI for application development and data enrichment 
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application 
• Easygoing but result driven developer with ambition to really own an application
• Fluent in English and an excellent communicator
