Senior AI Software Engineer

Location: Remote (Europe)
Travel: Up to 30%
Contract: B2B
Rate: 220–280 PLN/h + VAT

Join a global team delivering enterprise-grade GenAI solutions for strategic customers. You'll work directly with clients to design, build and deploy AI-powered applications, combining full-stack engineering, cloud technologies and modern LLM frameworks. This is a fully remote role with up to 30% travel across Europe and occasionally globally.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-ready GenAI applications and AI workflows.
• Develop backend services, APIs and front-end solutions using React or Angular.
• Work directly with customers to identify business needs and deliver AI solutions.
• Create reusable frameworks, SDKs and implementation patterns.
• Ensure scalability, performance and security in cloud environments.

Expectations

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong background in Python, Node.js or Java, and React or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector search and AI frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP, CI/CD and containerized environments.
• Customer-facing mindset and willingness to travel up to 30%.
