Location: Warsaw - hybrid model (2 days per week in the office)
Contract Type: B2B
Rate: Up to 200 PLN/hour

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Architect to drive enterprise and cloud architecture initiatives within a banking environment. The role focuses on designing scalable distributed systems, defining target architecture, supporting cloud transformation, and ensuring alignment between technology and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Design enterprise, system, and cloud architecture solutions.
• Define target-state architecture and technology roadmaps.
• Support modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams on strategic projects.

Expectations:

• Experience in Enterprise, Solution, or Systems Architecture.

• Strong background in distributed and high-volume transactional systems.
• Experience in banking or financial services environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, integration patterns, and modern architectures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
