Test Lead

Location: Hybrid work model – 1-2 days per week from the Warsaw office
Salary: 140-160 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)


Responsibilities:
•    Lead and coordinate testing activities across projects and workstreams.
•    Participate in requirements and solution design reviews for complex business domains.
•    Define the test approach, scope, priorities, timelines, and resource needs.
•    Ensure the quality and testability of business and technical requirements.
•    Oversee the creation and maintenance of test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
•    Monitor test execution progress, risks, dependencies, and defect resolution.
•    Facilitate defect triage sessions and drive issue prioritization with stakeholders.
•    Provide effort estimation, planning input, and testing status reporting.
•    Ensure requirements traceability and adherence to testing standards and best practices.
•    Mentor and support Test Analysts and QA team members, promoting continuous improvement.


Requirements:
•    University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, including experience leading testing activities or teams.
•    Hands-on experience with test planning, test design, test execution, defect management, and test estimation.
•    Strong understanding of test management practices, including resource planning, risk management, reporting, metrics, and test execution governance.
•    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities.
•    Team-oriented mindset.
•    Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills for enterprise applications and integrated business platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow).
•    Understanding and practical knowledge of IT Governance Controls (ITGC) and IT audit compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience testing enterprise systems such as Oracle EBS, Oracle HCM, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, CPQ, or similar enterprise platforms.
•    Experience with DevOps tools, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
