Senior Test Analyst

Location: Hybrid work model – 2 days per week from the Warsaw office
Salary: 140-150 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)


Responsibilities:
•    Participate in requirements and design reviews for a complex domain.
•    Assess the quality of domain requirements for testability.
•    Document high-level test scenarios based on project requirements.
•    Create detailed test cases and ensure requirements traceability within the test repository.
•    Conduct test case quality reviews.
•    Define and create test data.
•    Test complex end-to-end solutions and business processes.
•    Document defects and participate in defect triage activities.
•    Provide effort estimation and planning input.
•    Mentor test analysts within the area of expertise.


Requirements:
•    University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in a specified complex domain.
•    Hands-on experience with test requirements reviews, test scenario and test case creation, test data preparation, test execution, defect management, and test estimation.
•    Understanding of key testing activities and deliverables, including test planning, resource estimation, risk management, reporting, metrics, and test execution tracking.
•    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Team-oriented mindset.
•    Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills for Oracle applications issues.
•    Understanding and practical knowledge of IT Governance Controls (ITGC) and IT audit compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience testing enterprise systems such as Oracle EBS, HCM, CPQ, Salesforce, and related platforms.
•    Experience with DevOps tools, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
