Android Developer

Location: Hybrid work model with 1-2 days per week spent at the client's office in one of the following locations: Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, Lublin, or Szczecin.
Salary: 120 – 137 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)


Responsibilities:
•    Design, develop, and maintain Android mobile applications.
•    Build and enhance solutions based on Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), including shared components across mobile platforms.
•    Implement new business features for digital channels and mobile banking applications.
•    Contribute to application architecture design in line with best practices and quality standards.
•    Integrate mobile applications with backend services, payment systems, and external APIs.
•    Ensure the performance, security, stability, and overall quality of delivered solutions.
•    Develop unit and automated tests and actively participate in code reviews.
•    Collaborate closely with analysts, architects, testers, backend teams, and business stakeholders.
•    Support technical problem-solving and contribute to architectural decisions within ongoing projects.


Requirements:
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in Android application development.
•    Strong proficiency in Kotlin and the Android platform.
•    At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
•    Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles, including Clean Architecture, SOLID, and MVI.
•    Experience building user interfaces with Jetpack Compose.
•    Practical experience with Coroutines and/or RxJava.
•    Hands-on experience with tools and libraries such as Koin, OkHttp, and Git.
•    Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
•    Ability to write unit and automated tests (e.g., JUnit, MockK).
•    Experience conducting code reviews and working within distributed development teams.
•    Understanding of mobile application security best practices.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:
•    Experience in the banking, financial services, or payments domain.
•    Knowledge of mobile application security and cryptography concepts.
•    Experience with Compose Multiplatform and iOS development.
•    Familiarity with Google Pay SDK and CI/CD processes.
•    Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Java).
•    Experience using AI-powered development tools.
