Temenos Consultant

Location: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw
Hybrid Model: 3 days per week in the office
Salary:220 pln/h -B2B

We are looking for an experienced Core Banking Architect to lead the architecture and modernization of a large-scale Temenos T24 (Temenos Transact) ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the Core Banking architecture roadmap.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across Core Banking, payments, lending, deposits, digital channels, and data platforms.
• Lead architecture decisions for transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Promote API-first, event-driven, and cloud-enabled architecture patterns.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders while providing architectural guidance and mentorship.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, solution design, or senior engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact.
• Deep understanding of Core Banking processes, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation, migration, or modernization programs.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments across multiple teams and products.
• Strong banking domain knowledge, including security, resilience, availability, and regulatory requirements.
