Senior Java Developer

Location & Work Model

Hybrid | Gdańsk or Warsaw | 3 days/week office presence required

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, clean, and well-tested Java applications.
• Design and deliver solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to innovation programs, technology communities, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-5 years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with:
  • Java
  • Spring Boot
  • Spring Integration
  • Gradle
  • Oracle
  • Kafka
• Experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, including negative testing.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Bash scripting skills.
