Are you an experienced cybersecurity professional with hands-on expertise in Zscaler technologies? We're looking for a Zscaler Consultant to help design, implement, and optimize secure access solutions across complex enterprise environments. In this role, you'll work with cloud, network, endpoint, and security teams to deliver modern Zero Trust architectures and ensure secure connectivity for users worldwide.

🚀 Your Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC).
• Manage and enhance security policies, including URL filtering, SSL/TLS inspection, Cloud Firewall controls, application segmentation, and data protection configurations.
• Monitor platform health, user experience, security events, and operational metrics to ensure high service availability and performance.
• Support deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle management of Zscaler Client Connector across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Collaborate with endpoint management teams utilizing Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Jamf, and similar platforms.
• Deploy and maintain ZPA App Connectors across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures.
• Automate operational processes through scripting, reporting, and monitoring solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Work closely with cybersecurity, networking, cloud, infrastructure, and service management teams to continuously improve secure access capabilities.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, cloud security, or secure access environments.
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) in enterprise-scale organizations.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and secure remote access technologies.
• Experience managing:
  • Access policies
  • Application segments
  • Connector groups
  • URL filtering
  • SSL/TLS inspection
  • Cloud Firewall controls
  • Data protection policies
• Solid networking knowledge, including:
  • TCP/IP
  • DNS
  • Routing
  • VPN technologies
  • Proxy solutions
  • Firewalls
  • Secure Web Gateways
• Knowledge of segmentation, least-privilege access models, and access governance principles.
• Experience working in regulated environments with strict security and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, or Juniper security solutions.
• Exposure to networking and security services within Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management practices.
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
