Application Support Specialist (French + Spanish/Italian)

Location: min. 2 days per week from the Wroclaw office
Availability: ASAP / within 1 month
Working Model: Working hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, 8-hour working day, no night shifts, no weekend work

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line application support to users via agreed communication channels

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues

• Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution

• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required

• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions

• Deliver a high level of customer service and user satisfaction

• Support users with application navigation and basic technical troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Fluent French (written and spoken) - mandatory

• Fluent Spanish or Italian (written and spoken)

• Communicative level of English (min. B2)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused approach and proactive attitude

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and navigate business applications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in Application Support, IT Support, Service Desk, or a similar role is an advantage

• Experience working with ServiceNow (SNOW)

• Previous experience in an international support environment

• Familiarity with IT service management processes
