Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Delivery Manager to lead the industrialization and large-scale delivery of AI solutions across multiple teams and business areas. You will be responsible for ensuring that AI, ML and GenAI solutions successfully move from experimentation and pilot stages into reliable, secure and scalable production environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of AI, ML and GenAI solutions across multiple teams and business units.

• Establish and govern CI/CD, MLOps and LLMOps delivery processes, ensuring production readiness and reliable deployments.

• Drive scalability, performance optimization, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI platforms and production services.

• Coordinate engineering, architecture, security, compliance, data and business stakeholders, managing dependencies, risks and release planning.

• Define and track delivery KPIs, operational metrics and business value, while supporting the transition of AI solutions from pilots into sustainable production operations.

• Strong experience in AI/ML delivery, technical program management or large-scale technology delivery, ideally within enterprise environments.

• Good understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, AI platforms and production deployment practices.

• Experience managing production readiness, release processes, operational stability, scalability and monitoring of technology solutions.

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple technical and business teams and manage complex dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations.

• Strong understanding of AI governance and enterprise delivery standards, combined with excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
