Role Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Systems Change & Adoption Specialist to support the successful adoption, communication, and continuous improvement of clinical systems across global teams. This fully remote role focuses on creating user-facing materials, driving stakeholder engagement, supporting change management initiatives, and ensuring end users effectively utilize new system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, communications, and support resources for clinical systems.
• Partner with business system owners, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand system capabilities and translate them into clear, user-friendly content.
• Support change management, user adoption, and training activities related to new system features and processes.
• Contribute to system readiness assessments and the successful rollout of new capabilities.
• Gather end-user feedback, identify adoption challenges, and help drive continuous improvements.
• Promote awareness and effective use of available support resources across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure a positive end-user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, user adoption, or change management.
• Experience within life sciences, clinical operations, or clinical trial environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of EDC platforms, clinical trial systems, regulatory reporting, or vendor management solutions is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work in complex, matrixed organizations and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering user engagement strategies and driving successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
