Senior AI Backend Engineer (Go & Python)

We are looking for a Senior AI Backend Engineer to design and build scalable AI-powered platforms, focusing on multi-agent systems, advanced RAG architectures, and high-performance backend services.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement stateful multi-agent workflows and autonomous tool-calling systems.
• Build and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, semantic chunking, vector database integrations, and reranking mechanisms.
• Develop high-performance backend services with a focus on scalability, low latency, and concurrency.
• Create clean, strongly typed, and extensible APIs supporting both web and CLI applications.
• Improve reliability through resilient error handling, monitoring, and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with AI and platform teams to deliver production-ready GenAI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
• Expert knowledge of Go (Golang).
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, particularly within AI and Machine Learning ecosystems.
• Experience building AI applications using:
  • Agentic frameworks and AI orchestration
  • RAG architectures
  • Vector databases
  • Token streaming
  • Memory management
• Strong understanding of:
  • Asynchronous processing
  • Event-driven architectures
  • State machines
  • Streaming protocols
  • Distributed systems
• Experience designing and building scalable APIs and backend platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM platforms and AI agents.
• Knowledge of modern AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Experience optimizing backend systems for heavy AI workloads.
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and platform engineering practices.
